Good service, busy location, less comfort due to the noise of the street and the sound from the next room can be heard clearly

I stayed with my family for four days. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was close to culinary attractions. Parking was a bit far from the back, but the staff were able to help with parking issues. Overall, highly recommended. I would definitely stay again if I were in Yogyakarta again.

The hotel is quite strategically located, with plenty of delicious eateries and minimarkets within walking distance. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, with hot water flowing smoothly, and the AC cool. The swimming pool is quite adequate, but unfortunately, towels aren't provided, so you'll have to bring your own. Breakfast is quite tasty and comprehensive. Although the restaurant is a bit small, it can get very busy during peak season, and you might even have to share a table with other guests. The service is prompt, and used cutlery is quickly collected, preventing piles of clutter. Good job.

If I go to Jogja again, I will definitely stay here again.

4 star hotel but 2 star service, breakfast has no vegetables at all and very few food choices

A very pleasant hotel.... Around the area there are many delicious and affordable foods.... The food in the restaurant is also delicious, the price is cheap for the standard of a restaurant in a hotel.... The breakfast menu is quite good, the taste is also okay.... For the room is comfortable.... The facilities are complete... The bathroom is also very okay... Every area in the hotel is clean and tidy.... The staff are friendly and very helpful ❤️

Arriving at the hotel at 2:05 PM, I wasn't able to check in until around 3:30 PM. There was quite a long queue to check in, and the lobby isn't very large. When I went to take a shower, the hot water only came on briefly, either because there were a lot of people using it or because it was being rationed. It wasn't particularly hot, just barely warm. A 4-star hotel should be able to handle better, as I'd moved from a 3-star hotel where the hot water lasted longer and check-in was quick. Also, the bathroom drain was a bit clogged, causing a bit of water to pool. The breakfast menu was so-so, not a lot of choices. For me, coming from out of town and renting a motorcycle in Jogja, the parking was a bit far away (in a different building), which was a hassle if it rained. Furthermore, there weren't any hair dryers in every room, so if I needed one, I had to call reception to borrow one, and they were limited to a maximum of 2 hours.
