The check-in process was long, I was only able to enter the room at 2.45 WIB, the hotel received compensation from guests who checked out late, but it was not good for the next guests who would be coming in. The requested room was connecting, because it was not ready, in the end I had a separate room with my child

There was a piss in the toilet when I checked in, a lot of stains in the bed, hot water was already mentioned to be off but no compensation.

Check in took 2 hours, the air conditioning temperature could not be adjusted, the parking attendant was not friendly in giving directions, the safety box could not be used, the towels were not suitable for a 4 star hotel, the refrigerator could not be used, the carpet was not vacuumed.
