after coming several times directly to check in here, it must be unlucky... always full... finally got it during the fasting month... finally I can feel the blessings of fasting... awesome... friendly and good service, clean bedroom and bathroom... the hotel hallways are also clean... the AC is cold... there is a sahur menu, thank God, so I don't need to go out to find a place to eat... keep up the good work and always be successful...

Request for high floor but when checkin was not ready had to wait. then given the 2nd floor so far good for the view from the room window. room cleanliness is good but the bathroom is a bit smelly, maybe you can add bathroom freshener.

The hotel staff is friendly, when checking in the guest is made to wait quite a bit, with the excuse that the order has just come in, requested a non-smoking room, but what can you do, got a smoking room. The swimming pool is still under maintenance, the color of the pool water and cleanliness need improvement.

I have stayed at Cordela more than 3 times. But this time I was a little uncomfortable with the cleanliness of the pool. The water is green, there is a lot of dirt in the water. Maybe it's high season. But there is no reason for it not to be CLEAN. The bathroom area in room 318, the toilet seat is already yellowing. Either it is rarely cleaned or there is something else. Things like this reduce the comfort of staying. Please pay attention again
