This hotel literally brand new in town. Clean, comfy and fine. What I love the most is the breakfast at a Bistro belong to this hotel, so we can order menu that offered by the Bistro.

The check-in time was only given to 1 room at 2 pm, the other room followed at 3 pm with the explanation that it had not been cleaned yet. The room was clean, but the bathroom had not been renovated. The room was not soundproof. The sound of people cleaning the room upstairs and next to the room was very disturbing. The hallway looked dull because it had not been renovated, the paint already looked dull. Breakfast was quite varied although the taste was lacking. The advantage is the very strategic location in the middle of the city and close to places to eat.

for cleanliness in my opinion it is still low there are some broken room furniture, the shower also does not turn on. The floor of the room especially under the bed is very dirty I found a lot of hair. the swimming pool is also dirty, I found drink cups and hair too. then the swimming pool toilet there is poop that is not flushed, when I helped flush it turned out the water was off. there is also no guard at the swimming pool, so if you bring children you have to be extra careful. actually for the facilities are good just lack of maintenance. for the value I still give good as a hotel reward. thank you Grand Daira.

friendly staff service and easy check in process even though we had to wait a while because we were checking room availability, there was a refreshing welcome drink. the room was clean and fragrant but there were only 2 hangers, few TV channels and the door lock was broken (doll/loss) only relying on the hook/hinge lock) from the inside. The breakfast was great and there were many menu choices

Friendly staff, clean and big room, there is a prayer space. Only the room furniture needs to be rejuvenated, but the location is very strategic, next to Candy empek-empek, McD, and warkop. Overall very comfortable and peaceful. 👍
