Nice and clean, small room but you get everything. Free Wifi, speed pretty good. There’s swimming pool and play ground (they have indoor and outdoor play ground) for your child include trampoline. Food is okay. Nice restaurant around and also near to attraction spot like the ranch (just next door) and taman matahari.

comfortable, clean room, shower with hot water, cold AC, price includes breakfast, okay, lots of variations... please check again because there are ants on the table near the TV in the room... and because it's my first time staying here, I just found out that the room facing the highway is not soundproof

If you say staying at Grand Diara Hotel is not for the first time. Because the hotel's strategic location on the side of the road, friendly staff, room requests are appropriate (no smoking area, 1 bed), offered a room facing the road but not too noisy for me but for those who are not comfortable there is a room position facing the pool area, comfortable facilities especially for children (playground, swimming pool even claw dolls). For the room is neat but please improve the cleanliness of the room because I got room 310 the bed sheets had some stains, the small red pillow had to be washed because the smell was not good and there were hair marks that were not neatly swept away. Inside there are bottled mineral water, coffee and tea, maybe you can pay attention to the hot water kettle for maintenance because it is starting to rust on the inside. Hot and cold water, hairdryer works well in the bathroom, towels, soap etc. are given clean and fragrant. The taste of food in the restaurant is actually delicious, maybe with a variety of menus added. The service and facilities that exist are increasingly being improved and maintained.

The location is quite strategic right on the side of the road, the parking area is quite large, separated from motorbikes and cars, check in is quite fast, the FO is quite informative, the lobby area is spacious, there are lots of sofas and benches for waiting or just sitting, the rooms and other supporting facilities are quite in accordance with the price and other similar hotels in the Puncak area, the playground and swimming pool are quite good, the breakfast is complete and the menu changes every day, the crew is alert, every time there is an empty plate, it is immediately cleaned, the soundproofing of the room and the hallway is lacking, every time someone goes in and out, the sound of the door is always clearly heard, the sound of a chair being moved from the next room is also heard, the sound of walking in the hallway is also heard, the rest is all okay, only the soundproofing is lacking

The location is strategic in front of the road, the surrounding area has tourist attractions. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, the order is according to the request for a pool view and smoking area. BF for a 10-year-old child is charged 50k. The variety of food is lacking, but the taste is okay.

I asked for a room on the top floor with a mountain view, this is the second time I stayed here and it was less impressive than the first time, the second time I got a corner room, the mountain view was lacking, and check in took a while. The hotel should have customer data so they know that if it's the second time, the service can't be better, at least it should be the same as the first time. Hopefully if I stay again I can get a lesson like the first time.

Recommended hotel especially if you bring family. The hotel is really clean. The food tastes good too. The view of the mountain restaurant is so you can refresh yourself while eating. The hotel staff are friendly. Near the tourist attractions of Taman Safari, Cimori, Enchanted Vallet, etc. There are also many pretty good restaurants around it. Morning Afternoon Restaurant, Bumi Aki Restaurant, etc.
