Stayed two nights here for work. Overall good service and facilities. Breakfast at 6 AM is on time. Location wise is good for those who have meetings scheduled in other venues in the area. Would like to stay here some time if I return to Semarang in the future. Kudos.

I only stayed here for 1 night and very enjoyed the hotel. what I loved from this hotel is the skypool and their breakfast menu. They have a lot of menu to try. View from skyline while we eat our breakfast was so refreshing. Taste of the food all great, no wonder if this hotel awarded with best food hotel back in 2019. The room was clean. All staff were friendly and informative. Will be back here for sure. Keep the good work!

Overall good comes right when you enter the room there is a dish, dessert is the kind of cake. The check-in is fast, the elevator access is really gated. The parking is okay. Want to eat and shop or beauty, just go down to the bottom.

Check in is fast when the room is ready. The room is spacious and quite unique. The room type is for couples because the bathroom is open only with a snow glass door. The refrigerator is in the bathroom area, so the placement is a bit odd. The window is wide, for those who like bright light, there is enough light from outside. The food is okay, hotel standard but there are quite a lot of choices. The location is near Indomaret, a two-way road but there is a barrier so if you drive you have to turn around first. There are many famous franchise restaurants around, just across the street, if you walk it is quite an effort if you drive you also have to turn around first and the road conditions are always busy.

An old-fashioned 4-star hotel. I stayed here for an event so I couldn't move around. The room was clean but spacious. However, the hotel's visuals and interior are less appealing, especially since the building itself appears poorly maintained from the outside. The room itself was quite okay. The only downside is that it's connected to a karaoke room and bar, so the vibrations and noise are quite noticeable at night.

The AC wasn't cooling from the moment we walked in until the afternoon, making it uncomfortable to rest. Why wasn't the room checked before guests arrived? It made things even more uncomfortable. Requests to move the room took a long time to get the AC checked, and the service to move them took even longer.
