Had a great staycation there with my family, will be back again.

Happy, the room is okay, only the toilet is starting to need renovation.

Good, next time I will come back for a staycation here.

The blanket smells really bad, it's been used by someone else and hasn't been replaced. I'm disappointed sleeping with a blanket that smells bad.

VERY GOOD, THERE IS A NYI RORO KIDUL ROOM THAT CAN BE VISITED WITH DIRECTION BY HOTEL STAFF, FRIENDLY SERVICE, CLEAN AND SPACIOUS ROOM, SUITABLE FOR A HOLIDAY WITH FAMILY, GOOD SWIMMING POOL AND CLOSE TO THE BEACH, FOOD SUITABLE TO INDONESIAN TONGUE, IF THERE IS A CHANCE, I WOULD LIKE TO STAY HERE AGAIN

the best hotel in Pelabuhan Ratu. have just like "private beach".. but pls do not compare to similar hotel on Jakarta. just for vacation..

breakfast is varied, tastes normal, tends to be lacking. spacious rooms and there is a balcony and clothesline. tv picture is blurry. spacious parking and access to the main road

The room is spacious and clean. Only the AC in the living room is not cold anymore and the TV needs to be rejuvenated. Complete dining equipment, there is a stove for cooking and there is a clothesline outside.

1. Reservations are very difficult to contact and slow to respond. 2. Some parts of the building should be renovated. 3. Not worth it with the quality of the hotel provided. 4. After I checked out, there was something left behind. I called & wa the hotel, no response at all Very disappointed.

All the staff are very friendly, all the room facilities are clean, the food is delicious with lots of variations served, the view is great and it is very, very child-friendly. Overall, it's the best, hopefully I can go back there again ❤️💗

First time going to Sukabumi & staycation in Pelabuhan Ratu area. At first I was hesitant because I knew that Grand Inna Hotel is no longer young. When I arrived at the hotel parking lot, I was shocked because I saw that the paint on the hotel building was very worn and shabby. When I entered the lobby, it was clean and tidy, although it still had a traditional feel, the Grand Inna Hotel seemed to be trying to renovate it to make it more modern, such as in the lobby toilet area. I was really happy because yesterday when I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted by a super agile receptionist & helped us to check in early. Because we happened to be from Bekasi (150km) away. When we entered the hotel room, we got it on the 7th floor. And I was really amazed by the view from inside the hotel room, it was super beautiful like good hotels in Bali. And the great thing is that even though the traditional feel in the room is still very much felt, there is still a modern touch in the toilet area. The right combination, what is no less great is the performance of the room cleaning team which deserves a thumbs up and must be appreciated. Because the room is in a fragrant condition, the AC is super cold and all the floors are clean, even for the room area and toilet there are no leaks or clogs. An unforgettable experience is the private beach access from the hotel which is really the real step towards the beach. The cleanliness of the beach is maintained, there are many optional facilities such as horse riding, ATV, Polaroid photos, etc. The conclusion is that I was very happy yesterday to staycation at Grand Inna and next time I will definitely go there again. And 1 more thing, there is no horror or mystical impression while staying here so it is very safe for those who want to bring family including small children to stay at this hotel. Review represents my father-in-law, I also stayed in this room. Total booking 3 rooms, and all rooms are clean, fragrant, no problems at all. The service is also good. Alhamdulillah my father-in-law and sister-in-law are happy to be invited on vacation here.

Alhamdulillah, it was fun and memorable while staying here. Complete facilities, clean rooms, good service. No regrets staying here. If there is fortune and opportunity, I want to stay here again. God willing

Best, private beach, many facilities

The view and location to enjoy the best beach, even though the hotel is old, but regular maintenance is carried out

At first I was hesitant because I read the less comments. So far, it is highly recommended for a hotel in the Palabuhan Ratu area. The Deluxe Modern room type is on the 7th floor with a really good view. Plus the AC uses the Daikin brand, so it's really cold, adding to the comfort in the room,, cool lahhh.. All staff are also very friendly.. Breakfast for 2 children 11 & 9 years old no add charge.. Parking is very spacious. Even though the hotel is 40 years old, it's okay for Vintage mode.. All rooms face the sea view and there is a connecting room type available. Let's do it.
