This hotel is near to shopping center, Church and also to the airport. This is 3rd time I book this hotel to my family and my self. Will surely stay on this hotel on my next visit.

Room is outdated and kind of smelly. Aircon is old, takes 30mins to get cold. I need to switch room, had a trouble with the aircon in my first room. Not soundproof. But the staff are all amazing. Close to the airport.

Thn 2012 udah pernah inep di grand ixora dan 12 thn kemudia inep lg Da Lat rangka libur lebaran. Suasana masih sama, staff nya ramah bgt cuma mungkin bangunan nya udah lama kali ya jadi kesan nya tua gitu. Makanan breakfast nya standar tp enak kok. Proses check in cepet dan dpt kamar dkt lift cuma gak ngeh aja kalo sebelah kamar itu ada ruangan buat beres beres housekeeping jadi berisikk bgt huhu ðŸ˜. Ac kamar dingin bgt jadi kadang suka dimatiin.

It was an okay stay, not much breakfast options though. The hallway was dimly lit, the elevator was creaking and the button doesn't work properly. They were yellow stains in the bedsheet, and the bathroom carpet wasn't clean.

Great location and environment. However, bed sheets and towels are visibly old and do not smell pleasant. Booked this hotel just for a half day transit, but maybe not coming back for a long visit.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, and room was comfortable and clean. No complaints and was a good deal with the price I booked it for. Chose the hotel due to the convenience of having shops and restaurants along same street without needing to walk far, and its proximity to the airport (just 10mins taxi ride to/from airport) as I was only there for a transit.

My stay was really fast, just check in take a shower and intended to sleep but turns out I can't sleep because my body was itching and I found some insect like ants and others like in the picture. So I decided to check out. It was a bad experience for me.
