The hotel is quite strategic, but the parking space in front of the hotel is narrow so the car has to be valeted, but after being valeted the car was returned in a scratched and worn condition, no one from the hotel admitted or took responsibility!!

Got a room at the very end because I arrived in Bali at 11 pm after work. And in terms of quiet, I got it but it was far from the elevator. Friendly staff. Hairdryer by request and must inform if you really want it fast, yesterday I was in a hurry to the airport and it still hasn't arrived.

4 star hotel but looks like 3 star, even better than the 3 star next door. Some staff are friendly and some are not, because some greet and some don't. The food is not very varied. There was fruit I thought was mango but it turned out to be papaya. Check in took a long time, we waited until 2 o'clock, then we just left our luggage at the receptionist, they said if we could check in later we would WA. But in reality there was no WA until 3 o'clock. So I looked for the WA number on IG, then asked if we could check in later or not. The location is close to Discovery Mall and Beachwalk. But it's really congested if you want to go to Beachwalk, it's better to take a motorbike taxi than a car. There was an Indian guest screaming so loudly that it could be heard in the room, I thought it was a female ghost, it was past 10 pm.
