Grand Karlita Hotel Purwokerto

At first I couldn't imagine what it would be like to stay at the Grand Karlita Hotel, but my first impression was impressive, with a clean place, a large car parking area in the basement and rooms that had a good view, accompanied by lots of TV channels that made the kids happy.

first time experience staying at grand karlita .. all the services are good and friendly .. it's just lacking in security guarding in front of the hotel because to enter the hotel area from the highway across the hotel is a bit difficult because there are many cars and motorbikes speeding and it takes a long time to cross .. it would be nice if there were security on standby in front of the road. the food is delicious and cheap .. the WiFi is a bit slow .. keep improving the service .. thank you ..

The food's taste needs to be improved so that visitors can feel the real 4-star ambiance.

A very bad experience for me staying at Grand Karlita, the room is not soundproof so it is very disturbing for guests who want to rest comfortably, my expectation of choosing the GRAND KARLITA hotel is to get comfort and peace in resting after being tired of attending the New Year's fireworks party because in the morning I still have to go to work, but in reality it is not because the room next to me, especially room number 515, there was a commotion in the middle of the night, two guests shouted starting at 1 am until 5 am and was made worse by the sound of the door slamming repeatedly. I myself have contacted the hotel to report and complain about the incident at around 3 am because it was very disturbing and very noisy but there was no solution or action from the hotel, because the commotion continued until 5 am, and I was forced to stay up all night because of the commotion. after that in the morning when I wanted to have breakfast, it turned out that there was a miscommunication between the FO section and the person guarding the Grand Karlita Hotel restaurant because in my list I only booked a room only even though it was clear that I booked including breakfast for 2 people so that additional costs were incurred and after I rechecked the Traveloka booking voucher, it was true that I booked a room including breakfast for 2 people so that the costs paid had been refunded by the hotel. Seeing that this is a 4-star hotel, it should be able to provide better service, especially regarding guest comfort and safety, which can be a priority, in Purwokerto there are still many hotels with stars below this or equivalent with better service than this. The management and service of the Grand Karlita Hotel are now VERY BAD.
