Have been two times stay at this hotel and always perfect stay at this hotel. On the first time stay at this hotel, they give us upgrade room to executive room; the last times we stay they set up our room beautifully during our honeymoon trip. A lot of breakfast varieties, the staff was very nice, near of Mall Bali Galeria and nice pool.

Very recommended hotel. 4 star hotel good location with low budget. Good service, good interior room, there is bathtub with tv. Spacious bathroom. Lots of choices breakfast with free ice cream, very good breakfast. Near gallery keris with walking distance. Will come again next time.

really good, easy to go anywhere, close to the airport, only 7-10 minutes, especially shopping for souvenirs is very close + easy, no need to think about the distance anymore, good service, all the staff always greet guests very friendly, basically it's really good, next time I will stay here again❤️❤️❤️

first check in got the room furthest from the elevator.. the AC was not cold at all and the toilet smelled.. the room also seemed like it had been empty for a long time.. then asked to change rooms.. given on a different floor better than the first room.. when I wanted to check out I had to wait a while because the receptionist went up to the room first to check the room.. the breakfast menu lacked variety.. the taste was also mediocre, the white bread was hard and the jam was only strawberry, no other flavors.. the environment around the room smelled stuffy and was not soundproof.. so if I slept at night the noise from outside could be heard in the room.. it's a shame even though the location is good and strategic near the airport

comfortable clean room, strategic location, staff and service are very good and polite. but for breakfast served cold not warm. maybe can be provided like a heater under the serving place to keep it warm. sushi is very hard cold like a stone when eaten. hopefully better for breakfast, thank you.

During the stay, the hotel atmosphere was dark from the front terrace to the garden and the dark balcony stairs, the location is quite a highway near the mall but parking is limited and you can't take a leisurely walk to the far beach, the room service is good, but the interior is lacking in maintenance, the door doesn't close properly, the soap holder is stuck. Already reported, not replaced or repaired, the room is quite standard, the cleanliness is quite good, it is cleaned every day and changed, the food is quite complete but it's just standard for a 4 star, if you go back to Bali again, the Legian area is better, you can walk around at night by yourself

The staff is friendly, the types of food for breakfast are sufficient, the arrangement and surroundings of the dining area are too close to the wall so there are ants on the table, there are cockroaches in the room, maybe because the terrace exit door is not closed properly, please check with CS when cleaning.
