Excellent Stay at the Grand Mercure Hotel. I had a wonderful experience at the Grand Mercure Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, spacious. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food. The hotel’s location was perfect. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

A two-night stay at the Grand Mercure Kemayoran Jakarta was a very satisfying experience and highly recommended, especially for those seeking comfort amidst the hustle and bustle of Central Jakarta. 🛏️ Rooms & Facilities My room was very clean, spacious, and modern. The interior was elegant with contemporary touches, the bed was super comfortable, and the lighting was perfect for resting or working. The bathroom was clean, equipped with a bathtub and complete amenities. The air conditioning was cool, the Wi-Fi was smooth, and the city views from the upper floors were a treat. 🍽️ Breakfast & Cuisine The breakfast buffet was very varied—from Indonesian, Asian, to Western cuisine. The food was top-quality, with delicious flavors and attractive presentation. The restaurant staff were also very responsive and friendly. One of my favorite dishes was the soto betawi (betawi soup) and the egg station, which can be customized to your liking. 🏊‍♂️ Additional Facilities The swimming pool was spacious and clean, perfect for relaxing in the afternoon. The gym was well-equipped and well-maintained. Spa and massage services are also available for those seeking ultimate relaxation. 👨‍💼 Service The hotel staff was very professional and friendly from check-in to check-out. Additional requests, such as extra pillows and laundry services, were responded to promptly. They were also very helpful in providing information about the surrounding area. 📍 Strategic Location This hotel is located in the Kemayoran area, close to JIExpo and Sunter, and has easy access to the toll road. It is suitable for both business and leisure.

The best! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼. The service, food and room are all the best…. During check in, I was served by mas Dafa if I’m not mistaken, super humble, the room was upgraded to a suite, and very informative. I will definitely come back again 😍😍😍

The second experience was unpleasant, at 2:00 PM the room was not ready, had to wait for approximately 1 hour, booked a deluxe room with 1 king size bed, but was given a double bed for 1509, the room's AC was not cold, had to be fixed with the excuse that the outdoor unit was off... my rest was disturbed by conditions like this.
