Good hotel in a very good location. Really close to my destination to APL Tower, Central Park and this hotel provides you with good sleep and good breakfast overall. Also good service from all personels.

Hotel close to several malls
But the room is old model and the window glass is cracked
The mattress makes noise

the prices was good
room was spacious but...
i don't think they changed the bedsheets. it was dirty and didn't smell fresh. the connecting door, they didn't lock it. you need to double check it. the room wasn't soundproof, i could hear people coughing and talking from next room.
on my first stay, the soap and shampoo were empty!

It seems like there should be a routine check in each room so that consumers who use the room do not complain about any damage, for example what I personally experienced was the AC leaking water. The actions taken by the management were quite good. The rest is okay, I personally recommend this hotel ππΌ

First time staying, overall ok.
Please improve the cleanliness of the room because the carpet is dirty, the AC on the 6th floor is noisy, finally complained and moved rooms even though I waited a long time.
First time entering there were no towels and mats.
because the location is near central park that's why I chose here.
