As soon as we arrived we were greeted by a family stuck in the 10th floor elevator for 10 minutes with the emergency elevator button not working, and had to ask for help from family who were outside the elevator, fortunately there was still a cellphone signal, although it was not very good, for the attention of hotel management, the safety of visitors is important, and visitors should not be tested in elevators that are under maintenance

(+) Kids friendly hotel, the swimming pool has a slide and the water is warm. There is a free mini playground. Many activities for children. Suitable for those who want to staycation. The room is clean. The breakfast has many variations ranging from Indonesian food, Japanese cuisine, there is also Indian, western food, there are many and they all taste delicious. Also suitable for children.
(-) The room AC temperature cannot be adjusted, so it feels very cold like in the poles until it has to be turned off. Also, the exhaust in the bathroom is not functioning properly because the bathroom is still muddy.

The hotel is comfortable, my children (6th, 3rd, 1st) are happy to stay here because the facilities for children are quite a lot, there is a mini zoo, playground, warm water swimming pool. The rooms are quite comfortable and children can rent tents so they can camp in the room.

We had a good time staying at this hotel. However, one thing that needs to be improved is the place to park the car. The car park is always full. We need to pay for valet parking, which can be considered as expensive fees.
