Awesome, Friendly Staff Service, Room Cleanliness is Very Good, Superior Price but Upgraded to Executive Room, Hotel Location is Close to Airport, Cana Restaurant and Anggrek Restaurant, Very Satisfied. At first I was a bit doubtful seeing the comments from people who had stayed there, but when I bought and tried it, I felt satisfied, recommended, guys. Hurry up guys, while there are still cheap prices and room upgrades. Thank you Grand Vella. Hopefully I can stay there again.

An amazing stay experience, bought a Superior Type and upgraded to Executive, the promo was great, the service was also really good, starting from the receptionist, the HK spa, the hotel room was clean, so I want to stay there again later. Thank you Grand Vella. Hopefully your fortune will be even smoother.

The condition of the hotel is very disappointing. From the start entering the situation was a bit scary. Check in process was fast and no problem. The condition of the hotel that is not maintained is disappointing. Entering the elevator already smells like rotten old wood. Entering the room is also the same. It smells bad. Prices do not match the conditions and facilities provided. There is no hot water for those who bring toddlers who need milk. Overall not recommended hotel.

The room is no smoking but the smell of cigarettes is incredibly overpowering, plus the room exhaust doesn't turn on. Luckily the toilet exhaust works. Wifi doesn't get to the room, the signal is bad. The security guard is only an accessory, you already know the roadside parking lot is full of cars lined up until it eats up the body of the protocol road, instead chatting with friends. Cars/motorcycles are difficult if you are not directed and assisted to stop the vehicle from the right.

Once we arrived we were offered cat feces on the side of the bedroom. In the bedroom there is an additional door for outdoor access, the AC repair is not locked, the condition of the hotel is very bad and poorly maintained.
