Good service from the staff. But the room condition lacks maintenance. The wall is kind of dirty and need repaint, some leaks found in the window, the phone have cracks (?), etc. But overall still acceptable.

Breakfast menu is a bit small, it feels like it needs to be corrected. The room is not soundproof enough, sounds from the next room can be heard in our room. Toilet cleanliness is lacking.

The hotel is integrated with the Poins Square mall. The hotel lobby is on the 6th floor of the mall. Walk only +/- 100 meters to the Lebak Bulus MRT station. View can choose a room that views the Simatupang Toll Road.

The hotel that I always go to when I go to Jakarta with my family with 3 grown children, the family suite with affordable prices consists of 2 fairly large rooms, 1 work space that can be added with an extra bed, 2 bathrooms, pantry, dining table, sofa, TV and AC in each room.

The hotel's atmosphere and facilities are good, comfortable, there is an Olympic swimming pool, there is a children's playground, fitness center and sauna. Cleanliness is great. What I think is lacking is the food, almost all the seasoned food tastes salty, breakfast variants are few, additional costs for more guests are quite expensive.

It was very pleasant at the Grand Whiz hotel. All the hospitality was awesome, all the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and varied, the taste was great for a 4-star hotel. It was no less delicious than the 5-star hotels I've ever been to. Highly recommend staying at the Grand Whiz. I'll be back next time, my kids are happy with the large swimming pool. The location is in a mall, access by elevator. Provide cash for a deposit of 300 thousand or credit card. The staff is quite friendly, for the room you can get a smoking room, the condition of the room 2310a the floor is a bit unclean in the corner like there are cigarette butts. The refrigerator makes a loud noise, the soap in the bathroom also when taken out is only a drop like it's about to run out (or is it already finished?). The pillow also has black spots
