The hotel staff are all friendly, unfortunately, I booked a non-smoking room, but when I checked in the room was empty and I was given a smoking room, the room really smelled of cigarette smoke. In some of the rooms I booked, the AC was not cold enough, but it was all not bad.

for the price, it's quite cheap for a 4 star, it's really good... there's a pool, gym, cleanliness is also okay... drinks are always available in the lobby and pool.. for the menu, it's also okay, only breakfast for children above 120cm is charged... but it's okay because it's only half the normal price and it's all can eat... for everyone, it's really good.. the staff are also friendly and fast, when I turned on the AC, it was a bit cold, I immediately saw the mechanic and it was cold... great everyone
