hi green batara. affordable hotel close to access everywhere.. cleanliness and comfort in the hotel are also okay. yesterday got a price of 570 thousand (3D2N) plus bFast. friendly staff. cleanliness of the hotel and room is okay. hot water, air conditioning and electric kettle work well. get 2 bottles of mineral water / day. windows can be opened, for air circulation. room on the 7th floor, it's natural if there are many vehicles, it's also a roadside. but it doesn't disturb the guest's rest. the restaurant is on the 2nd floor semi-outdoor. varied menu, rice, fried noodles, vegetables + side dishes, bread + jam, cereal + milk, coffee / tea. breakfast while looking at the street, feeling the breeze and cold air of the city of Bandung. not bad for breakfast, filling the stomach before walking to explore the terrace of Cihampelas and Ciwalk. recommended for those who want to stay with a low budget. next time maybe I can come here again, if vacation et bandoeng city. thank you

Hopefully the toilet facilities will be improved. There is no cup for rinsing. Otherwise it is quite good. Glad to be able to stay here.

Services overall was good but the room hallway was a bit smelly.

Advantages: Close to Ciwalk Mall, just cross the street. There is a water tap but it doesn't work. I've tried it but the water isn't full. Disadvantages: Regret choosing this hotel, lots of problems. The room is not soundproof, you can hear loud motorbikes. No one is on standby at the reception. The hotel is unprofessional. Check-in cannot be done earlier, it has to be at 14:00. I couldn't open the key to Room 801, I've tried many times. Still using a manual key. It's also hard to open the door to get out. Oh my gosh.... I called several times but no one answered. Finally I called the De Batara hotel. They didn't give me the wifi password. I just found out when I checked out that the wifi had to be scanned with a barcode. I found out too late. I'll never choose this hotel again. Lots of problems. The towels are dull. The breakfast taste is standard, just ordinary, nothing special. I saw that there was only 1 staff who took care of everything for breakfast. It's a pity to see it.

Stayed here for the umpteenth time because the location is very strategic. However, the cleanliness is getting worse. The room smells musty and the bathroom is dirty. Hopefully it will be repaired soon.

Have stayed here twice, overall okay, recommended. For breakfast okay, just lack of variety in the menu. For the score 9/10.

the location of the hotel is very good. maybe because it's been a long time, the hotel lobby is also lacking in maintenance, many of the rooms are damaged. to update the condition of the hotel must be done so as not to disappoint guests who will stay.

I just wanna share my experience during my stay for last two days at #409.1. Room is not well maintained, wall is filthy with spotted amd spider web, a lot cockroaches in room, made uncomfort. 2. Make up room, Room mate just made tidy without changing the bed sheet and duvet which has spotted considers to be occupied with the same guest, but I guess the SOP is not in place to be strictly applied, towels were not replaced, and I had to ask to room mate, wardrobe was thickly dusted. 3. Breakfast had limited varities, food taste was not really tasty. Egg dishes were not available. 4. Limited local TV channel

The bathroom is not very clean and many of the lights in the room are not working and the manual room lock is difficult to use.

Strategic location. Close to shopping places but the cleanliness is improved again.

For the location is very strategic, to go to Ciwalk is just across the hotel. But for the cleanliness of the room is very very lacking. The pillows are already yellow, the sheets and blankets are very dirty. I asked to be replaced but they were just as dirty. The bathroom lights are not bright enough. The AC is not very cold. The TV picture is blurry. There is no security in the lobby, so it's a bit scary if you go out at night. And the breakfast is also not delicious and there is very little variety. I don't want to stay at this hotel again.
