The environtment around the guest house is not treated well, many remaining woods and leaf litter are scattered in outside building. The night atmosphere is so scary too.

The first time staying here, the guest house is comfortable for sleeping, I like the Javanese feel, the air conditioner is cold, the hot water is working, the room is outdoor, everything is okay, but the floor room has lots of ants, it's a shame you know the plants and gardens are not well maintained.

Access is rather difficult, the park is not maintained, the basement to the parking lot is very steep. At this price it is very suitable, cheap and very fitting. Complete facilities full cold AC. Water heater, tv, soap, towels. Anyway, those who want to have a vacation in Jogja must come here.

The location is a bit inside, not on a big road, cleanliness is ok, ac and hot water work well, just note that the TV is too small and still analog so it needs STB assistance, the location of the shower bowl on the left makes it difficult, the window curtains are not wide enough and cannot be closed meetings, and you have to use a deposit per room of 100 thousand, just don't use star hotels.

Can be late check-in, clean rooms and fragrant towels. AC and TV work well, the atmosphere is calm and the staff is very helpful. Although on the map it feels a bit in and out and a bit cumbersome, it turns out to be very accessible and close to the crowd. Recommended.
