The room and atmosphere are comfortable. The female receptionist is rude. 🤔 Luckily the room boy helped carry the luggage to the 2nd floor. The hotel does not have an elevator.

When checking in, the receptionist informed me that the water was off, then when asked how long, the answer was that I didn't know. The room was on the 3rd floor without a lift, the lighting was dim, the TV in the room was on when I entered, but after leaving for about 3 hours the TV was off & couldn't be turned on again, and the water was still off. I asked for a refund because I got poor facilities. The next morning I asked the receptionist for ice cubes, she answered lightly that there were no ice cubes. The reason was that since Covid, the kitchen was closed. There are breakfast facilities, so where did the breakfast come from? Especially with the condition of the kitchen which is already closed. It's really a hotel that is not recommended at all, only the location is good, but the facilities are very bad.

This hotel is actually comfortable but the uncomfortable thing is because I got it on the 3rd floor, the cleanliness is okay, the bed is small but the other equipment is still lacking such as tissues.

The location is very strategic, near Tugu, Gramedia Center, easy vehicle access. Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. It just seems like the AC needs maintenance. Overall it's okay and economical.

The hotel location is very strategic (near Malioboro), near the hotel there are many food stalls, the hotel is clean, it's just a shame the TV can't turn on and it's a bit difficult to connect to wifi, the hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delivered to the room, so there is no menu choice. Overall this hotel is recommended for staying.

Staying at this hotel was quite memorable for me. The room size is spacious and big, the bed is clean, the decoration is nice, the stairs leading to the upper floor are also beautiful. The location of the hotel is quite close to UGM. But unfortunately there is no elevator and the cold water tap in my bathroom also happened to be problematic. However, staying at Griya Jogja is still a pleasant experience.

I think it's enough to stay at this hotel once, actually the hotel is quite good with a fairly strategic location. It's just a shame for the tolerance of checking out at 12, already called repeatedly, even to the point of being knocked on, even though from the beginning they had asked for tolerance to pray Dhuhur first. My experience staying at other hotels has never been like that, even being able to check out at 13.00, this is not even 13.00 yet, it feels like chasing away guests. Even though the hotel was not crowded at that time. Next time, look for a better hotel with the same price, there are still many. Thank you

Check-in was almost 2 am, the staff was still responsive and friendly to welcome us. When we arrived at the room, we were very impressed because for 300 thousand we could get a Deluxe room, with a spacious room, there was a partition between the bed and the bathroom, there was a sink and 2 mirrors, and a room/space to store clothes. At this price we also get refrigerator and safe machine facilities. The TV turns on well, the picture quality is okay. Access from the hotel to iconic places, public facilities and busy centers in Jogja is not too far. There are no complaints at all, you can be sure that God willing, if you return to Jogja you will stay at this hotel again 👌🏻 Thank you, Griya Hotel Jogja n staffs 🙏🏻.

There is no elevator in the hotel, but it's not a problem, the staff is friendly, willing to help you lift suitcases up/down. Rooms are okay for this price. Broad enough. Incidentally stayed 5 nights and there were no problems whatsoever. Cold AC, clean rooms, clean bathrooms. Easy access. And the most important thing is that the parking is quite spacious. Breakfast is delivered every morning directly to the room.
