So far in Halim, it's been okay, just yesterday I got a room with a noisy bathroom blower, and the AC wasn't cold. Well, for that price, it's okay. But hopefully it can be an evaluation for the hotel.

Saya sangat senang karena staffnya ramah-ramah, itu membuat kesan yang bagus bagi saya yang pertama kali menginap di Halim Hotel. Saya suka dengan interior kamarnya, pemandangannya memang biasa aja. Hanya bagi saya, cukup untuk sekedar menikmati kesibukan kota, tapi ada keluhan yang harus saya sampaikan AC nya kurang dingin, pertama kali juga bagi saya ke hotel tanpa ada pemanas untuk air atau pun kulkas kecil. Jadi agak terkejut dan kebingungan. Padahal pagi dan malam saya biasa meminum teh atau pun minuman hangat lainnya. Sejauh ini cukup. Terima kasih.

Staying over nights there was overall good, friendly staffs, room's cleanliness was okay, if you stay there. make sure you bring your own sandals and toilet tissue because there's none of them provided. strategic location is the top worth if you want to explore the city. it thinks it's much better for the hotel management to state in advance that there's no hot water available to shower, coz Even I've made a report to the front liner that the water heater is no longer work properly and they promised already to fix that, but it's sucks... non sense. the water is still cold breakfast is so so. just 2 options to take. bread and rice

Lodging at Halim is the third inn for me and my family. This time I got a room on the 3rd floor with a Twin Bad Bed Type. But at this inn there were unpleasant things, where when I was about to check out I was charged a fine of IDR 100,000 because the receptionist confirmed that there were stains on the sheets. The receptionist asked what stain, mother, I answered that it was a strawberry donut stain that my child accidentally put on the bed sheets and there weren't many stains. Then the lady informed me that I was fined 100 thousand because of this, so they did not return my deposit. To be honest, I was shocked because just because the donut stains weren't too many and they were washed could disappear, I was fined 100 thousand. If the ink stains I can still accept because they are difficult to remove but this time it's just the strawberry donut stains which are not so much and washed with a cleaner I think they can be removed. Apart from that, toilet tissue was also not provided in my bathroom, I did not ask the clerk for more tissue because I already brought my own tissue. Maybe in the future more attention will be paid to the completeness of the rooms even though at that time hotel guests were busy. That's the experience I can convey. Thank You.

Beyond expectations, I, my wife and my child are still babies, disturbed by another guest event that was deliberately held at our door in the early hours of the morning, after I contacted CS, they casually answered that it had been confirmed, the info was that activities were usually carried out, that's what the story was, why do hotels hold private events in front of guests, laughing activities in front of other guest rooms, as a result, my wife and I don't sleep, unexpected! Very disappointed!
