It's holiday season but the staff was quite fast response to guest. It took only 20 minutes and then I got the room. Once I entered the room, the aircon's been switch on so it's the positive value for us. Their resto staffs also served good dan various meals. Love the way of staffs doing their job👍 by the way, I was annoyed by the visitor next to our table in resto. they took a lot of meals to their table as if doomsday will be coming soon. and they didn't eat them up, left a lot of meals in their table (Pic number 3) please, if you consider that you cant eat them up, be wise take as you can eat.

Stay here while on vacation in Palembang, the place is very comfortable and clean, the lift is good and there are many easy accesses. Check-in is fast and the price is very good. If I go to Palembang, I will stay here again.

I booked 2 rooms (1 room for 2 adults and 1 kid). When I was in the restaurant, I was charged for the meal. While in the booking process, the meal was free for three. What unpleasant service between the app system and the hotel.
