Nice hotel. Clean and comfy rooms with bright colors. Easy to check in no need to pay deposit. Easy to using wifi. Good service. I got the free upgrade room with the promo price from app! A living room with city views, a minibar with mini fridge, a toilet, a master bedroom, a large bathroom with separated closet and shower room completed with bathtub. Many power sockets, functional lamps, 2 TV, functional towels, completed with bolsters, a bath salt, 2 pairs of comfy sandals, 4pcs tea and coffee compliments, a weight measure, a hairdryer, locker, and bath clothes also. always like to the pay attentions for details and decorated towels also on the bed. Nice pools views and breakfast rooms also. Recommended to come back again to stays here💖

Nice hotel. Good services. Clean and comfy. Easy to check in, no need to pay deposit. Easy to using wifi. Complete equipment's in the room such as: towels by it functions, amenities is good by quality and quantity, decorated towels on the bed, many functions lamps, nice quality TV, have maybe power sockets, and mini refrigerator. I got free upgrade room include bathtub, living room, mini bar, additional wc, and its promo price from app! Nice pools and breakfast room views. Recommended to come back and stays again here💖

The staff is actually friendly, just a bit disappointed when checking in the room was not ready and asked to wait 30 minutes, if the room is ready less than the estimated time that was given earlier, the guest who was waiting was approached and told that the room is ready, shouldn't the guest ask again to come to the receptionist ... how is my room ready? eh, then checked it turned out the key was ready and immediately gave the key. We waited in the lobby not voluntarily, we were tired and wanted to check in to the room and rest, if it was ready before the estimated time, then the initiative should have been announced. In addition, the condition of the soap and shampoo dispenser was jammed, it was a bit difficult to press, maybe it could be checked again. For breakfast, the menu was quite complete. The room was quite clean.

Amazing experience
Stay during this year's Eid holiday, the right choice for a hotel to stay. Strategic location with the city, to cities around Surabaya is also not too far away. Lots of culinary around the hotel.
Atmosphere/Facilities: The atmosphere is quite hommy and comfortable
Food: The number of food variants and their tastes are very satisfying. The location is also close to the swimming pool, so you can supervise the children swimming. The restaurant is also very spacious.
