I stayed one night at HARRIS Hotel Gubeng Surabaya and my experience was very satisfying. Its strategic location in the center of Surabaya, close to Gubeng Station and various eateries, made my trip very easy as a solo traveler. The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and neatly arranged with a modern HARRIS feel. The bed was comfortable and the lighting was warm, making for a very good rest. The room facilities were complete, from fast Wi-Fi and a comfortable work desk to a clean bathroom with stable hot water. The hotel staff was also friendly and responsive. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. They always greeted guests with a smile and were ready to help at any time. The breakfast served had a wide selection of menus, was delicious and fresh. The hotel staff are super friendly and welcoming. When I asked for help, they were always quick and responsive. The room was very clean, tidy, and fragrant. The bathroom was also very good. Other facilities are also very good, such as the outdoor swimming pool, there are activities for children, and a playground in the kids' corner. There were no problems during my stay. Very satisfying :)
