One of the family hotel in malang, but became not good enough because of the receptionist. The time for check-in is very long time, we must wait for one and half hour for room to ready... I even see guest to check-in is wait for two hours. For the others is no complain, from the facilty, restaurant or other service is good enough.. For the check-out is no problem, the check-out is good and fast respon. Please improve for the check-in...

according to the price, quiet, friendly staff when my family wanted to trip Bromo, we were given information for early breakfast to be taken away, fun facilities for children from the swimming pool, indoor & outdoor playground, arcade games aka dindong so a good memorial for me and the children like to play, the type of family room that is definitely fun for my family ... please maintain it for the superior room unit so that its maintenance is maintained continuously note: just a suggestion for flying fox activities is okay ... maybe added with party foam pool activities (foam parties especially for children) especially for families at the end of the weekend. to complete the activities at the hotel.

When the inn is full, the items in the trolley are not delivered to the room, they are placed on the lobby floor and then the trolley is used by other customers. The rooms are not well maintained.

the room is okay, clean and spacious enough for a sky room type.. but for the breakfast menu, there are not many variations and there are some menus that are lacking in taste, even though it was peak season when I stayed. special notes for the spv or manager on duty when I stayed, please reorganize the way you talk to guests.

The place was lovely. Rooms were a bit run down and could do with renovations. The floor in the bedroom wasn't very clean. The pool was a bit dirty, could see like dirt floating especially in the kiddies pool. Staff were very helpful. Overall, had a very nice time there.
