I arrived at night and was greeted by a friendly receptionist and given a welcome drink.
for a room like an apartment with non-sequential room numbers, so I was confused about finding the room number.
the towels seemed like they were due for a replacement, the kettle lid was off but it still worked well.
the point is the Harris hotel is not like the Harris hotels that my family and I have stayed at in other cities.
for the staff, all are friendly.

This is my first experience staying at Harris Hotel Riverview.
We ordered 2 types of rooms, family room & Harris Unique. When we first entered the family room, the room atmosphere was very uncomfortable because it was an old building, many things needed to be repaired & furniture had to be upgraded, the toilet was also clogged. Finally we asked to move rooms. Although the conditions were the same, at least the toilet had no problems.
On the 29th, because it was Nyepi Day, we ordered a buffet for dinner. When we arrived, the main menu was only white rice, capcay, tempeh tofu and anchovies, fried chicken with galangal & teriyaki chicken. The fruit was gone, the pudding was gone. There was chicken soto. The taste was okay, quite good, but the food ran out, it took a long time to refill. Many guests didn't get chicken. We paid 125k/person for the buffet. The name buffet means you can eat as much as you like, but we were not satisfied because we ran out of this and that. The menu was also limited. 125k x 5 = 625k for adults, then children above 6 years old get 50% discount so 62.5k x 2 = 125k and for children below 5 years old free. so we paid 750k but didn't eat full because it ran out. while the previous day we ate at Bale Udang paid 836k until we were bloated, the rest of the food I fed to the fish. at the hotel paid 750k but oh my it was disappointing.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Even early check in was possible at that time. The family room is very spacious and roomy. There is a balcony too. Only for the linen and pillowcases the smell is not good even though it looks like it has just been changed. The location is great. Many food vendors and minimarkets around the hotel. Close to the ogoh-ogoh festival event. Overall OK. 8/10 from me.

for BF, it's just ordinary
but the variety is quite a lot
everything is covered by the service which is VERY GOOD, the staff are all okay

the room was dirty, there was a used cigarette bottle on the balcony, I protested to the receptionist and asked for a room change, finally they gave me one.
in the new room at 3 am, the AC made a loud noise and threw out ice cubes.. oh my gosh, what kind of trial is this.
the napkins in the breakfast room were also not very clean.
