Stayed at Harris for 3D2N and had an amazing experience! The front desk was hospitable, and we were welcomed with a refreshing drink upon arrival. The hotel staff were reliable and attentive. Plus, the location is excellent—just a 2-minute walk from the ferry centre. Highly recommend!

The hotel staff is very friendly and the hotel is very comfortable. Haris is the best, especially since there is a lot of food and the breakfast is complete, so you are confused about what food to choose 👍🥰👍🥰👍🥰

Not very pleasant, the bed sheets were blue, the receptionist service was not very pleasant and not up to standard, when booking with Traveloka there was no option for a room with breakfast, but when checking in it was offered that if you wanted breakfast you would be charged 175 thousand per person.

The location is right next to the harbor and near the mall. Stayed 2 nights, non-smoking room but from entering the floor to the room it smelled of cigarettes, the next day moved rooms.
