I'm here because I had my race at Goalpara Park. So I booked a 2-night stay with my family. I'm so amazed that the 3-star hotel could be more safe, friendly, and certain than Mercure Garut! Food not much but the taste was good too. Staff crew is good, all the area prepared well. PS: Horison Hotel should be including free espresso on breakfast package (haha). Of course, the first-looking hotel we will go to again!: D

Many thanks to the friendly, responsive and agile Horison hotel staff. Although our room's AC was not cold and smelled of cigarettes from the previous occupants, this was minor, because of the good service of the staff. Thank you also for allowing us to use the concierge to store our belongings. Because we had to check out early at 4 am. Hopefully Horison Sukabumi will be more successful

Check-in before 2 pm is possible. The staff also made sure all needs were assisted and were very helpful with information on promotions at the hotel. The room was very clean and the toiletries were complete. If you need something, just call. Highly recommend staying here when in Sukabumi.

Good price, comfortable, and good service. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful—I forgot their name, but they were very helpful and explained everything clearly. Free minibar in the room—even though it's not expensive, it left a very good impression.

I've tried Horison in big cities. And Horison Sukabumi is the best in my opinion, I swear. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is crazy delicious and there's welcome food too, there's a playground for kids. It's cool, Horison is always my choice when in Sukabumi.

comfortable, close to the city center, security is very helpful when parking. unfortunately when returning from the hotel every time breaking the fast, it is very difficult for guests who are staying to get parking. Parking for breaking the fast and hotel guests should be separated. so hotel guests don't have to park far down.
