The hotel was great, clean and the staff is very friendly. The location is quite, the price is also OK.

Lack of maintenance especially in the bathroom, shower, sink lots of scale. Bed cover torn.

first experience staying here when going to Semarang, for access to the city near, coincidentally staying here when it was still Eid so the hotel was full. got room 910 for my parents and I was in room 911. for the receptionist the service was fast, there was also 1 officer who helped lift the goods very helpful. when I arrived at room 911, the room felt a bit cold, I don't know if it had just been cleaned or the previous occupant who cleaned it carelessly. because I saw there were fingerprints on the bedcover. even though I checked in at around 7pm. for the cleanliness of the room it was a bit lacking, the floor was already shabby and not pleasing to the eye, the sink was also shabby. and the AC took a long time to cool down. the advantage of the room was because it was above so the view was good. for the breakfast service, the officers were actually quite fast, it's just because it was a holiday so there was a bit of a queue and I couldn't get a seat. luckily the employees were very helpful in finding additional chairs temporarily. in terms of taste, the food was standard, just not much variety. for the parking lot was full so it was parked across from the hotel, when checking out the security was very helpful in getting the car across. overall quite satisfied except for the room which seemed to need to be renovated, especially the floor which was shabby.

The basement parking is a bit narrow and there are many unused items. The hotel atmosphere is comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the price of the food menu in the restaurant is not very pocket-friendly 😅. So I'm lazy to try it. Because the purpose is only transit, it is comfortable enough to rest for a night 😁.

We ordered a non-smoking room but the room smelled very bad. The staff quickly exchanged it for a similar room on the 9th floor that did not smell of cigarettes. The next morning when we wanted to take a shower, the shower and bathroom faucet water came out very small and sandy. In the end, we only brushed our teeth and washed our faces using water from the sink.

The hotel location is strategic in the middle of the city, easy access to everywhere, the parking lot is quite spacious, all staff are friendly, the hotel atmosphere is quite comfortable, the room is large and spacious, amenities are available, there is an electric teapot, TV with many channels, cold AC, water heater works well, need to pay attention to the availability of toilet tissue, the water in the sink is slow to drain, lots of electrical outlets, sufficient lighting, breakfast is quite tasty and varied, overall OK

Very good service and strategic hotel location

The hotel staff is quite good, the only minus is the security, it's my first time staying at a hotel and I got a security guard who was hanging around the post, not helping me with parking, not helping me unload my stuff even though I brought 2 large suitcases and parked it myself due to limited parking space.

It's been several times I've stayed here, but the last experience yesterday was that the bed wasn't clean enough, my body was itchy, and it was time to change the pillowcase. Food was delivered to the room during sahur, but unfortunately the fruit was stale. But the service was still okay and friendly, I couldn't be bothered to argue if I wanted to complain. Hopefully the cleanliness and quality of the food will be maintained.
