The accommodation is actually ok not that special, but the people, has made the stay excellent. Start from the security, receptionist, porter, waiters were nice, kind and polite, made me and my family feeling at home. Definitely will Come back for next visit. The room had dust behind the mattress, the room was spacious but unfortunately it had a window but it was dark with no view, the vinyl floor was mostly damaged, if it was better there was a mirror in the room, the welcoming staff were very welcoming and friendly, welcome drinks and snacks were available and served very well...

The bathroom was not very clean and the drain was evaporating so it smelled bad. The furniture was dusty. When checking in there was a live band so the noise reached the room.

The hotel is quite old, actually it is still okay, but it needs improvement: there are no windows in the rooms, the floors in the rooms need to be cleaner, the swimming pool needs to be cleaned, the breakfast menu needs to be added to make it similar to other Horison hotels.

Strategic location, both cultural and culinary tourism. Friendly staff, both at the reception (although the check-in process is long) and other staff (greeting and offering assistance). Room space is ok, sheets are clean, bathroom is ok. Unfortunately the towels are not suitable for use. That's all, thank you🙏
