The room is nice and spacious, but unfortunately the smell of the toilet spreads throughout the room so it is very disturbing. Hopefully there will be improvements in the future.

Staff really helpful. My towel got wet because of the pool, so I called and asked if I can change it, they really did! The room is tidy, cozy, wide, and the AC is cold, it means good. I can't count how many times I stay there, but I really like it and can't wait to stay again.

Have stayed here many times. The room size is quite spacious, there have been many improvements to the bathroom since the last stay. Here, the kids like the swimming pool. The atmosphere is calm. Thanks.

In the middle of the night there was a noisy hotel staff like cleaning the floor or something, and the room door was tried to be opened, luckily our room was locked. Clean, but not as clean as the early Sagita era.

The room is really nice, I like it. But why hasn't the food in the restaurant changed since 2023? I've checked in too, got breakfast with slightly mushy yellow rice. For white rice, it's still okay if the texture is mushy. For fried rice and yellow rice, I think it's not quite right. Hopefully it can be better in the future. Apart from that, all the services are really good, because in my opinion many people don't really care about the room, but because the food is delicious, people keep checking in again. Hopefully my input can be constructive. Thank you very much in advance. Sorry if there are any wrong words.

The room is really bad, it looks like there is no maintenance at all, I asked for a room upgrade and paid more, but it turns out the water is yellow and makes you itchy, right? ⭐3 again, this is the same as Reddorz, Reddorz is clean, no wonder it's quiet

The bathroom needs maintenance, the faucet is a little leaky in room 216. Overall it is still quite comfortable, the AC is still cold, there is a coffee maker and a small sofa that can be an extra bed. That is what is considered to stay here. The food is quite varied, if it is a matter of taste, it is a matter of taste.
