This hotel is perfect for family vacation. It has a great swimming pool and also great view from bedroom too. The foods are delicious and multifarious. The staffs is very kind and friendly. Will be back next time!

This hotel is perfect for short getaway. Lots of activities for kids. And the huge bed really comfortable for 5 of us. Situated near shopping malls, you don't need to worry for leak of attraction and culinary.

I really enjoy my stay at Horison Ultima Bekasi. Despite of booking only the standard room (Deluxe) in last minute, we could enjoy the spacious room, with large bed that is very comfortable - bed and pillows are 5-stars standard, it's really unusual if we relate to the room rate. The fragrance they maintained in the aisle is another thing I enjoy. While the pool is also one of the main attraction, with 3 different pools available, accommodating families in different ages. Ultimately the direct access to the mall is one of the key reason why we stay here.

We have stayed at Horison twice because the hotel staff are friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Nando who was prompt when checking in. The hotel atmosphere is really good because it is close to the mall... The swimming pool is suitable for children. Basically, the Horison hotel is highly recommended and we will return to stay at Horison.

Late checkout at 4 am was only able to check out because the room was not ready yet, this is the first time I couldn't check in at 2 am and it was so late.. yes, the facilities are okay, but when I got here the gym facilities were closed

All the hotel staff are friendly and always greet us as customers... the room is very spacious, my child is comfortable in the room, there is a playground and the swimming pool is nice. I will stay here again.

The receptionist did not register the car's police number when we checked in, so we had difficulty getting out. The officer informed us that our car's police number had not been registered, while the parking lot exit was very far from the hotel lobby. We had to go back and forth to the lobby

Always the main destination for our family's Staycation, always covered if you ask for a connecting room. The room atmosphere is comfortable, the AC is cold, the hot water is smooth. I stayed in room 801. When I first checked in, there was a small problem with the key system, but in the end it was resolved together. Overall, I was very satisfied. What's more, the breakfast variety was quite extensive.

The hotel service is very good, cleanliness is very good but too bad the tastes of food when breakfast not so good in traditional menu, but western menu not so bad. Little disappointed with the food. Hope the chef will make food more good & tasteful in the next week forward.
