The staff is very friendly, the room is neat & clean, the water rides are also spacious & fun. Many good spots for photos. Highly recommended for family vacations that bring children to play water rides.

Regarding the Superior room which is located on the top floor, before making a reservation Mr/Mrs Elly has confirmed the type and location of the room to the hotel and we have clearly informed you. We have also informed you that there is no lift in the hotel area.
We also need to inform you that the hotel never provides accommodation other than the reservation made by the guest. And after we checked, there were 2 different reservations side by side with your reservation at check-in with Standard room accommodation.

This hotel is perfect for a family vacation to spend time with family and picnic. It's far from the city crowd at night and the kids are very happy to play in the pool. The hotel and room service is quite satisfying and for the breakfast menu, I can add 1 type of soup / soup for children.

Not recommended. 1. dirty room. 2. prepared a water heater but the plugs are high so the water heater is hanging please? 3. sticky floor until km wipe again with wet tissue. 4. the most fatal turns out the room can be opened from the outside. When returning home culinary HBs from the city, we returned to the hotel once my son opened the door, the door to the room immediately opened. Fortunately nothing is lost. This means that the room key is broken (room 201) 5. Breakfast is very simple for a hotel with a price of 550 thousand a night. 6. the hotel is also quiet, maybe because many have experienced things that are less pleasant. thanks.

Very pleasant stay at the hotel thumbs up. I will come back to stay here again if I visit the city of Singkawang. My advice. Visitors directly book a hotel with a thumbs up hotel because the price is 20% cheaper than booking through Traveloka.
