Even though the hotel was pretty old, the services was great, all the staff are very friendly, and the breakfast was the very great. Definitely stay here again if I have a chance to go back to Jakarta.

The car park is not too spacious. The lobby is clean. The room is very big, great. But the cleanliness is a bit lacking in my opinion. Because when I entered the room there was a dead cockroach hehe. Too bad I didn't take any documentation photos.

Very close to Jatinegara Hospital, for check-up purposes etc. it is very easy, the room is comfortable and spacious, unfortunately the soap holder is a bit loose, so it often runs out of soap because the soap keeps dripping. The staff is friendly. π€©ππ»

For Room Division it is very good but F&B for breakfast is very disappointing. There are many guests but lack of preparation, so because the food is mostly finished, we have to wait a long time.

At 8 am the breakfast menu was all gone, only fried rice and instant noodles remained. Luckily the fried rice was delicious. The porridge was leftovers stuck to the bowl. Asked for the favel to finish, the eggs were finished. Luckily there was one of the employees who was willing to take them from inside.

In terms of location, it is very strategic starting from security (next to the Police), health (next to the Health Center), for non-Muslims (near GPIB), especially for food / consumption, whether you cross or not, food and drinks are available, access to the station is close from Jatinegara and Matraman.

Like the location of the hotel, near the station, the food is also delicious, varied. Please improve the cleanliness of the pillowcases/sheets & bathroom mats. Please model the towels. Hopefully it will be better.

If possible, the hotel should be cleaner..because when I entered the room, my feet felt dry. The hot water was the opposite, the blue one, not the red one. Hehehe..but it's good with a fairly cheap price..if possible, the swimming pool should have a changing room.

There was only 1 drawback that I experienced, namely when I first checked in, the floor position was not what I wanted and they did not automatically refill the mineral water and toiletries even though we stayed for more than 4 nights (refills only occurred when moving rooms, not before and after).
