Ini hotel mantap sih, gak mengecewakan, sudah 4x menginap di sini, tempat bersih, nyaman, disediakan tempat untuk ngobrol2 dan ngopi, ada meeting room juga, fasilitas OK, ac berfungsi dengan baik, masukan saja sih sudah 3x dari 4. Dapat kamar yg water heaternya gak bisa panas, setelah saya dan di bantu cek teknisi settingan tidak maksimal. Makanya air gak mau panas, kedepannya bisa di perbaiki lagi mungki untuk settingan water heaternya, Terimakasih 🙏🏻.

Room security was lacking, when you first entered the room there were already hotel employees who were laughing incoherently who said they were pranking their friends and cleanliness was lacking, in the toilet there were small worms.

Friendly staff, okay facilities according to the price, suitable for resting next to a strategic location so it's easy to get around and recommended for a place to stay in Surabaya... Looks like I'll definitely come back again if I go to Surabaya.

The room is quite good for that price, but I'm sorry why there are ants in the bed 🙏 then maybe in the room you can add glass + tissue, the whole thing is worth it for a tight budget if you want to stay overnight.

The hotel staff is friendly, the room is nice, clean and tidy, there are equipment for praying as well, very comfortable. but if you could give me slippers to do in the room, it would be nice if you want to go downstairs to make tea or just sit down and relax, just use slippers, but I wear shoes so it's a bit complicated to have to put on shoes first when I want to go down 😉 but I like that it's very comfortable 😋

Overall okay and comfortable. Prayer equipment and the Koran are provided for Muslims. The hot water is really good, the AC is also really cold. The staff is very friendly and very friendly. Everywhere close by. God willing, if I go to Surabaya I will stay here again 😊.

Review stayed for 2 nights. Affordable prices. The hotel location is easy to find. All staff are friendly. Room conditions are comfortable, clean, spacious. However, unfortunately there is no lift available so it is not very elderly-friendly. Especially if you get it on the 3rd floor. I already requested a room on the 2nd floor but got it on the 3rd floor. Even so, all the staff were ready to help carry our things. Moreover, the gentlemen who were always on standby in the parking lot were really ready to help carry our suitcases to the front of the room on the floor. 3. Complete amnities available. The towels smell good but there are some towels whose color is no longer suitable. AC, water heater running normally. The bathroom is very clean. Clean fragrant pillow sheets. Tea and coffee drinks are provided as well as free brewing and hot water dispensers. There are also pop noodles and light snacks for a fee. Mineral water and towels are changed and delivered to the room every day. Recommanded with affordable prices and good facilities. The suggestion is that in the future a lift can be added so that you don't have to go up and down stairs.
