Shower head was missing and no outlets near the beds.

Nice place, very strategic location in the city center and close to public transportation and public activities. On the first floor, there is a restaurant with traditional Indonesian food.

Love the location and good selection of food. Would have liked a bit more western style breakfast food as I can't eat spicy foods.

Surprisingly we pay spacious room, with reasonable rate. Very near, walking distance to the Tunjungan Area.

I think there is an issue with the AC unit, it does not felt cool at all. But the room is great!

I stayed here for my wedding, mostly goods, the food, the room, the facility. The hindrance only when check in because I came on time to check in, but my room is not ready until 15.00 or 15.30 because too many people check in but too little that checked out.

Location was good, surrounded with local food and convenience store. Also it closed to Tunjungan Plaza mall. Staff was friendly. Only breakfast is bit disappointing, cake and chicken was not fresh, coffee was too much water so yoy can't enjoy well.

I like this hotel. Cheap, clean and comfortable. The services including breakfast was very good. Especially the toilet was very clean and good. There are a lot of cafe and restaurant like pizza around the hotel and supermarket across the hotel. It's getting easier to shop your needed.
