The location is only a few light walks away from Tunjungan Plaza, which is nice. The room itself is nice and a proper rest is possible here. I applaud the shower too which has functioning partition door to separate it from the toilet. For this price, its really good!

the service is very friendly.. especially the front desk guy I don't know his name.. they have few parking lots if you want to ask for free parking you can get it from the front desk guy.. my request was granted too.. they also have water dispenser so you can refill water freely.. but don't drink the water that displayed in your room because they are for sale... I really enjoyed and had good time in this hotel.. thank you very much.. will come back another time maybe..

From the first time my foot step the Santika Pandegiling I feel the warm welcome from the staff. The receptionist voice intonation was so perfect so that make me feel like I am welcoming by them, if I am not mistaken her name was Ellen. Then again I enter room and I was surprise when I saw a welcome cake and welcome letter with my name mentioned in the table, small touch but meaningful. The breakfast was so delicious. Everything was so amazing here. For sure I will be coming back here

Our stay at the hotel was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with extra-miles hospitality that felt both genuine and warm. The bedroom facing the swimming pool also offered stunning views of the sunrise and sunset over the cityscape, making each moment feel special. The ambiance of the hotel was incredibly homey, providing a comfortable retreat from our busy travel schedule. Every detail was taken care of, from the delicious breakfast to the meticulous housekeeping and attentive butler service. Even the healthcare staff in the sauna/jacuzzi and pool area ensured our comfort at every turn. Celebrating"mudik"with my family here in Indonesia was truly enhanced by this beautiful getaway. A heartfelt thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our stay so memorable! โฅโฅ.

Pengalaman menginap disini nyaman, hanya saja luas kamarnya kurang luas, sehingga ruang gerak agak terbatas. Dalam kamar terdapat ac, TV, meja, kursi, gantungan baju, air mineral 2 botol, gelas. Untuk kamar mandi terdapat 2 handuk, sabun. Sikat gigi dan sandal disediakan hanya 1. Air panasnya kurang mantap, dan showernya kurang kencang, sedikit rusak meleber pancurannya. Sarapannya kurang variatif dan kurang berasa. Parkiran mobil aman luas, tidak tumpuk tumpukan. Cocok untuk 1-2 malam menginap disini, dekat dengan area Tunjungan
