Book a non-smoking room, but get a smoking room, complete with an ashtray and smoker's marks. Hotel with an old building. Quite clean, near the Martapura river tourism. The elevator is not in a strategic location, making it necessary to wind several times to get to the room, up and down. The way to remind check out time is not elegant, done by knocking on the room several times. Need to follow the example of other hotels that can be done via room phone or WA only. What's the point of asking for a phone number when checking in? When approaching check out, guests should be taking a shower or getting ready for something else. Why should they be disturbed by repeated knocking on the door. Hotel staff pay little attention to etiquette. Giving forms with their left hand. Didn't try the food, because they intended to go on a culinary tour of Banjarmasin.
