Stay in hotel Borobudur for a family staycation, we get a spacious room, complete facilities and a large playground and pool. Special credit to all staff in Borobudur especially Ms Yuli for the warm welcome and giving us an early check in and Ria escort us to the room and explain about the hotel facilities with a friendly gesture. Mr Handian and Herman from housekeeping always offer the guest need before I ask, Mr. Gerry explains about hotel facilities before I check in by phone with his friendly voice and Rizky who deliver our food explain about the ingredients even only the simple order, also the friendly 2 guys from maintenance who helping with the TV channel. Thank you for the hospitality, such an honour to be treated so nicely, definitely come back to this hotel Soon.

Purposely stayed here for Eid Fitri prayers at Istiqlal. Overall it was satisfactory, but I often found tomcats on the floor, or walls of the bedroom and bathroom.

The hotel is really good, the service is good, I like the friendly staff, the rooms are spacious, but if you want to order a taxi you have to go online, there are none outside the hotel, there are no food stalls around the hotel, it's understandable, it's an elite hotel, but other than that I like it.

Came at 15.30 and waited until 17.00 to get a room. They said the room is not ready yet, very unprofessional. I needed to ask the receptionist several times before we got the room. They said they would inform if the room was ready, but in reality, I needed to ask three times before they said the room was ready.

Minus: Long check in, maybe because of the Eid holiday so it was very crowded and the queue was quite long.
In total I booked 5 rooms, but 3 rooms were only ready at 16.00 but was given compensation to be able to check out until 13.00 and 3 free drink coupons.
At night there was an incident with the security in the back lobby because our chartered car was not allowed to enter the back lobby.
But the security officer (Sunarto if I'm not mistaken) kindly explained and apologized to us because there had been a miscommunication with his subordinates.
Positive: 5-star hotel facilities, very clean for an old hotel that is really maintained, complete facilities and activities starting from a large Olympic-sized swimming pool, fitness gym, luxurious sauna and club, kids facilities, large kids playground so the kids feel at home playing, lots of photo spots for the family. Champion breakfast, delicious and the food is never empty. Large garden, cool with lots of trees, walking track good for jogging in the morning. Our family will definitely return to the Borobudur Hotel, very best experience staycation during this year's Eid. Good Job Hotel Borobudur

I really like staying here. Although it is an old hotel, the maintenance is still very good. The breakfast is delicious. The only thing lacking in this hotel is that it is far to go anywhere because the hotel building is very large. If you want to take an online motorcycle taxi order, the walk is also far. The rest is very good :)
