Old a hotel but well maintained, and the room was old but clean. You can still feel some of their excellent feature, especially the soundproof room. They have smoking floors, but they put some air purifiers in places so that it doesn't smell like smoke. The swimming pool was great for a small kid, easy access to the mall, breakfast buffets were great with a lot of options but slow to refill. The staff were great and helpful, and they diligently remind guests to wear masks and maintain health protocol which was really great. Overall a pleasant stay will be happy to come back.

Hotel Ciputra is always on top of our mind when we visit Jakarta; Shopping Mall literally next door is just a plus. Instead, the hospitality and the quick service of their staff that makes us feel at home is our main reason for it. The breakfast served also great! We can see that they working really hard to ensure the guests can dine-in adhered with safe distancing measures. We never regrets staying here, my kid also to become a fan of Hotel Ciputra.

Check in process went well. The staffs were friendly. Informative and communicative. The room was good. For the first time we stayed in a room which was very quiet and not at all noisy. Very nice. I requested for high floor, and we got it. Gladly, my family had amazing city view from the room. I love it. Tasty breakfast and lots of variety of food. Even though we had unsatisfactory experiences, we really appreciate how the hotel is trying to improve it. Hopefully, we could have unforgettable Staycation in the future. Because we haven't had time to swim in the pool. So sad. Thank you for the hospitality..

old hotel with best experience!
although at the beginning had a little bit bad experience with the male receptionist, but my partner and I were very happy with the restaurant team and the cleaning team.. the food was delicious but the taste was too light and had to add salt ourselves. and the last one when bringing a motorbike the parking was not in sync so when we were about to tap the parking staff was rude and told us to go back to the hotel to confirm by walking quite far!! but thank God we were still helped. hopefully in the future it will be better!

Overall okay, except the breakfast menu for a 4 star American breakfast hotel is not varied. 2 days of breakfast, the menu is still the same potato wedges, when asked about hashbrown potatoes, they said the stock is out. Kinda wondering "how come it's a simple menu, how come it's all out?"
