Was surprised to find food lid under the bed side, the table side were dusty. Hopefully It could be better next time 🙏🏻.

Good experience for staycation.

I can say its buffet very usual and nothing special. And very costly for limited menu. I put very high expectation for their menu. But I'm sorry. Its really usual for 5 stars hotel.

I love the fact that it ' s connected to the mall, and I would like to give an appreciation to our housekeeper named yusuf, Thanks for the great attention to detail in our room. My son really loves the towel elephant. And I also love the fact that they gave us a personal breakfast service, as in helping with coffee (which comes with various coffee options, they even have iced americano. Which I rarely found in hotel breakfast). Overall a great experience.

Sebenernya milih hotel ini karna deket sama ikea aja karna mmg salah satu tujuan utama ke surabaya buat ke ikea, dan juga liat kolam renangnya bagus karna tipe infonity pool gitu. Dapet harga promo banget di traveloka dengan kamar twin standard, karna mikirnya bakal seharian di ikea dan berenang. Jadi nggak terlalu milih kamar yg gimana-gimana. Kelar check in pas masuk kamar agak kaget karna ternyata kamar diupgrade ke tipe yg ada bath tub nya tanpa ada pemberitahuan sebelumnya (pas di dront desk lg check in). Keesokan harinya pun ada birthday cake dianter ke kamar. Jadi kusimpulkan front desk notice kalo besoknya adalah hari ultahku dari KTP ku I guess, and set those up for me. What a really nice gesture. Thank you yaa. Padahal memang nggak meniatkan kesana untuk celebrating birthday but I felt like being celebrated ❤️. Kamar tipe yg ada bath tub nya ini luas buat bertiga sama anak kecil. Bath tub berada sebelah jendela persis which is nice, ada built in closet with torch + bath robe + brangkas. Ada kulkas juga. Kamar mandinya anget, jadi kalo abis kelar mandi nggak kedinginan. Minusnya cuman di shower nozzle nya aja yg bocor, which akhirnya kita pake shower rain aja (yg nempel dinding) All the staffs are genuinely baik-baik dan ramah dan helpful. One time kaki anakku agak lecet pas berenang, aku nanya ke yg jaga kolam ada plester nggak, dia bilang nggak ada. Tp ketika itu ada kitchen staffs lagi briefing deket situ and one of them heard me asking for hansaplast, beliau (one of the kitchen staffs) approched me and said "tunggu ya nanti kami carikan", dan tidak lama the pool boy gave us the hansaplat. Will definitely reccomend this hotel to anyone coming to Surabaya. The place and the hospitality were *chef's kiss 🥹. Oh one thing I regret was not trying their breakfast menu. The hotel is connected to Ciputra World Mall and the office tower. Services and cleanliness are perfect.

Material ruangan mewah, desain kamar dan hotel unik dan nyaman, penataan utilities sangat teliti dan apik. Seluruh staff sangat ramah dan detil. Petunjuk arah perlu diperjelas dan ditambah, lift perlu ditinjau agar mengurangi waktu tunggu. Ketika keluar petugas parkir perlu diingatkan kalau kita tamu hotel, karena emoney bisa-bisa terdebet manual tanpa bertanya kenapa tagihannya bisa gratis.

Lokasi stategis, kualitas furniture dan sanitary sangat bagus, hanya jalan ke mall tidak langsung nyambung.
