I had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The hotel has majestic view and huge nice open space to explore, however the bathroom downstair near the restaurant was lack of maintenance. Improving the cleanliness will be great to cope with the whole fine ambience.

Early check in is not allowed, it has to be at 2 pm, so we waited for almost 2 hours. But other guests were able to check in at half past 2. Maybe because our appearance is simple.
From the parking lot to the receptionist is far and uphill.
Security is good. always greet and help us when entering and exiting the hotel.

Actually I have never given a bad review to a hotel that I have stayed in, but this was a really bad experience, the bed sheets were full of stains as if they had not been washed and I had asked for a change of sheets but the result was the same, stained and not very fragrant, plus the walls were moldy😁
I ordered 2 days, finally couldn't last only 1 day and moved the next day😆
At the restaurant, I had ordered food but my food took a long time to arrive, only drinks, soto, snacks came, in fact the people who ordered after me had already had their food, finally I asked for the unfinished order (soto, satay, spaghetti) to be brought to the room and you know the result? my food was missing 1 (soto) and finally I chatted with the receptionist, do you know from what time? from 19:30 to 22:50 still haven't arrived😅
I was sleepy and finally went to sleep, tomorrow I'll check out immediately haha
Hopefully the service will be better so that guests who stay feel comfortable

Purposely stayed here to rest & stay overnight, because I was tired after a vacation in Dieng. Booked a superior room, price 690 thousand because I wanted a deluxe but it turned out to be sold out, & hoped to get a room that was not fancy but comfortable. Feeling bad already, when going to the room got the corner one number 231. But when I entered the bathroom it smelled really bad. Reported to CS by WA it was immediately cleaned, but there was still an uncomfortable smell. But it was still understandable. Boiling hot water, electricity went out when the kettle was first turned on. At half past 2 in the morning, the AC was broken and had to get up. Reported to CS immediately for service where the technician went back and forth to the room. But because I was already in a bad mood with the room that had many problems, I asked to change rooms. The response from WA CS was quite fast, but what was sad was that at 2 in the morning I moved rooms, the staff only delivered the new room key without any initiative to help the guest carry things to the upper room, I was already sleepy and even more emotional carrying things. Even though this is your room that has problems, we are the ones in trouble, at least offer help like. There was no direct apology at check-out, there were already that many obstacles experienced by guests. Maybe it's normal for rooms to have obstacles like this 😅. Even though for low season like this, the room price is not that cheap. I was only touched by the staff who wanted to offer to wrap my souvenir box in plastic, so that it wouldn't get wet because it was raining so hard and I had to rush because I had to return my motorbike. Thank you sir, at least there was someone who cared about the staff at the end of check-out. Thank you to the staff who was wearing a blue shirt but I forgot his name 🙏. Stay healthy sir

The room is honestly not okay. The view is scaffolding of construction work installed right in front of the window. I am indeed ordering a room with no view, but scaffolding is way too far than no view, I guess. The swimming pool is great, so does the restaurant, and I love the view right in front of it.

Very good hotel with complete facilities, the food is also very varied and delicious, the place is very comfortable.
It's just that there are some staff who are indifferent when they come and when it rains no one gives an umbrella.
But overall good places, recommend if you want to travel to Wonosobo
