I've moved to 3 rooms, but the problem is the same, the AC is not cold. Breakfast is made as is, with an uncomfortable location.

A little bit of a constraint, I reserve a special double bed upon check in which there is a twin bed. After the negotiation finally transferred to another room which is quite comfortable.
