1. affordable but not cheap
2. very strategic location in the city center and easy to access, both markets, offices, hospitals etc.
3. the service of all staff is very friendly and polite
4. when I had sahur the service was very prioritized, the sahur food was delivered directly to the room, even added two portions as many as the number of us in the room. 1 room should get two portions but because there were children we asked for it to be added and the hotel agreed, salute to the priority given to guests.
5. there is access to a swimming pool that children like

It seems unprepared to welcome a long holiday. The cleaning service is not much so that the room cleaning is late. There is no tissue provided in the room or bathroom. Hopefully it can be better for long holidays when the rooms are likely to be fully occupied.

When you first enter the room, the aroma is very unpleasant, the sheets are dirty as if they haven't been changed, the hot water kettle is dirty, I have confirmed to the receptionist to change it but there was no response. Please improve it in the future so that the hotel room smells clean, there is no fragrant room aroma at all 😩
