The staff is very friendly and ready to help, only yesterday when I stayed the elevator was being repaired so it was a bit complicated going up and down the stairs but overall it was good staying here.

When I arrived, the hotel was under renovation. The hotel staff was friendly and always apologized for the disruption of the renovation. The hotel is old/outdated but the atmosphere is typical of Bali. Like it, thank you Grand Santhi

The rooms are clean, spacious, and the staff are friendly. They are only on the 4th floor and when the lift is repaired, it will be quite easy to go up and down the hotel.
