Second time staying here, because of its strategic location, close to Grage Mall and many delicious culinary around (Nasi Jamblang, Bakso Malang, Lontong Sayur). I booked the Grand Deluxe, the room was very clean. Smells good... The bathroom is also clean. The staff is friendly, always smiles and greets every time we meet. Breakfast is also delicious and varied. There is a pool on the 4th floor. Thank you, next time I go to Cirebon I will stay here again

The hotel is in front of Grage Mall so you can walk to the mall, the rooms are clean and spacious like a new hotel. I always stay here when I go to Cirebon... I was a bit surprised because the rooms are spacious, clean and the breakfast is varied and the location is strategic but the price is very affordable... the parking lot is also spacious and the service is friendly and welcoming

Fun. Friendly staff. Very strategic location. The kids are happy because every weekend there are painting and movie time activities for them, but unfortunately the playground is not well maintained. Overall, the hotel is okay.

I've stayed here for business trips before. This time, I was on a business trip and then on vacation, so I brought my family and booked an executive room because I saw it was quite spacious on the app. The hotel is located in the city center, right across from Grage Mall. It's perfect for a night out or a morning stroll. If you want to shop at the mall, you don't need a car; just cross the street. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The check-in and check-out process are quick, so you can go straight to bed or go home. When I first entered the room, the access card was difficult to detect. I couldn't open it, so I had to try several times. I was confused and waited. Luckily, there was a guy who helped me (because it seems there are rarely any staff around). Maybe you can check it, because our front room had the same problem. The room is really spacious, with a nice view of the city, and at night you can see the city lights. There are lounge chairs, a mini fridge, and the carpeted floor makes it comfortable for kids to sit on the floor. The bathroom is also equipped with a bathtub and hot water. However, the floor is a bit slippery, so those bringing children should be careful. If possible, check before entering. The room is on the 4th floor, right next to the pool. The pool is clean, with rooms for both children and adults. It's semi-indoor, so you don't have to worry about the heat or rain. The view from the pool is also great. The shower room is clean and has hot water. 😊 There's no pool attendant or swimming aids, so you really need to supervise them. The food is quite varied, with a menu of rice, bread, chicken porridge, and fruit. You might want to consider adding authentic Cirebon food to the menu. 😁 Since the kids were still sleeping, we asked for breakfast to be brought to the room and it was provided. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay here and it could be a hotel of choice if you're planning to visit Cirebon. 😊🙏

Great location, easy access, and delicious food. However, there are a few drawbacks, such as: card access to the room is difficult, elevator buttons are difficult to use, hot water control is difficult (it's always hot), amenities are lacking (no hair dryer), there's very little soap, and only one cup of coffee and tea is provided.

The room was comfortable, but not soundproof. A plus is its proximity to shopping and being in the city center. There's a swimming pool, so you can enjoy a staycation with your kids. Breakfast wasn't very varied, and the additional charge for children's breakfast was overpriced, with minimal food.
