For me the hotel location was very strategic. Walking distance to the attractions area. Condition wise, the facilities was a bit oudated but on my arrival they were having some major renovations. If you're looking for an affordable place just to shower & sleep & walking distance to most places, then this is the place. Gonna book this hotel again on my next visit here.

The upside: 1. Bed is very good quality and so soft 2. The wall charger is near the bed. 3. Provide towel, blanket, soap, and toothbrush 4. Water spray in toilet is strong. The downside: -Limited parking lot, for motorcycle only up to 6 motorcycles at a time. And for car they can only provide the side road as car park. -This is old hotel so it kinda creepy when you go here in low season because it feels like you are the only one who stay on the entire building -You must use stairs to go up, no elevator -No breakfast -Because it is old hotel, so the TV and AC also in old condition even though they are functioning very well.

For the first time in my life, I entered a hotel room and was greeted by 2 cockroaches as big as my thumb. My heart almost jumped out of my chest because I was not tickled by cockroaches. A classy hotel but the cleanliness was not maintained, and the facilities were really bad, there was no wifi for guests.

The service is friendly, the rooms are great, the AC is cold, it's good for sleeping, but the downside is that wild racing can be heard a lot, it's hard to sleep, the rooms are not soundproof.
