10 Days 9 nights I was in Padang and stayed at the Lovetel hotel near Padang Panjang beach and the city center, thank you for giving me comfort and my sleep while in Padang. Thanks a lot.

When checking in, the receptionist was friendly, the toilet was dirty and smelly, the wifi couldn't connect, the TV couldn't turn on. When checking out, it seemed like the guest was suspicious, and the room was rechecked. Please teach them to be more polite towards guests who insult them.

The electricity went out, there was no backup generator. The placement of the AC above the head is not healthy because the wind goes directly to the head. The bathroom wall has a crack in the hot water tap, it has not been repaired.

A hotel priced at 200 thousand is worth it, it's just a bit uncomfortable, the room isn't soundproof, and when you're showering in the next room, you can hear the sound of the water in my room, which is quite disturbing.

With a fairly cheap price, the room is spacious for a family with two large spring beds. Bathroom cleanliness needs to be improved, breakfast is delicious 👍, car parking is quite spacious.

All bad attitude employees are rude! Not friendly, reprimanding guests not in a good way. The service is not good, the rooms are not clean, the bathroom has lots of cobwebs.
