The service was very slow, I got the room at 3 o'clock, after waiting for 2:30. When I entered the bathroom, the towel was gone and it was only 5:30 in the afternoon that the towel was delivered. The towel was already crumpled and the color was unclear, either brown or cream or something else.

I stayed in room 515 on May 31st and June 1st, I was very disappointed because I booked it long in advance, hoping that my room would have a double bed, but when I checked in I was given a twin room. Then I was given an old room with a peeling table, and I was afraid to sit on the chair in front of the mirror because it was fragile. Please don't change the guest room bed next time, saying it's finished or whatever, even though there's still some but it's given to other guests, even though it's clear that my booking was for a double bed, I was given a twin bed. very disappointing!
