Second time stay at this hotel. just stay vacation with my beloved family during long weekend. only at Surabaya because of pandemic & we decided to stay at here. this hotel is very comfort, clean, we enjoy it very much. we choose space room & I think this room is suitable for big family. in the morning, breakfast is delicious, we like it. the last but not the least this hotel have implemented health protocols well. so don't worry if you want to stay at this hotel. this hotel is one of the best choice hotel if you want to vacation but still in Surabaya with family.

The hotel is somewhat older than my expectation. Not as clean as I expected. Considering the COVID19 situation, the hotel has prepared some hand sanitizers and the workers put on mask, however they seems to don't take it too seriously. Sometimes the mask can be seen used on the chin. The room has been freshly clean when I arrived at the hotel, so the check in time was a bit longer than normal, but the welcoming drink helps to ease the tiredness after a long drive. The staffs r very friendly and helpful. They even send our breakfast to our room. Thank you Neo Gubeng..

The staffs are so friendly and helpful. I stayed at the Family Room-type and it's pretty spacious for 4 people (adult). We can adjust the late check-out at the last minute. The breakfast menu is niche. If you wanna have an omelette, you need to ask the staff first. Overall, it was a nice stay in here ♡.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the parking lot is quite narrow because it is only in front of the hotel but will be assisted by valet parking and security guards. The room is also clean, cool. Suitable for a staycation, especially next to Bajawa hehe overall I like it

The location is quite strategic. Close to Gubeng station and many restaurants around the hotel. However, the room is not bright enough. The towels (sorry) are a bit shabby. The AC in the room is not cold enough. It has been fixed by the technician but it is still not cold.

Overall everything is comfortable, the food is delicious, only the hairdryer in the room doesn't work because when I use it, the electricity goes out, I even turn off the AC, the TV only uses a hairdryer, but the power is still not strong enough.

the hotel location is quite strategic, the staff is friendly, and the hotel area tends to be clean, but I got a room with a mattress in a sunken back position, making me feel very uncomfortable to sleep, and when I woke up, my whole body ached until today. even though the main point in staying is a mattress for resting. I did not request to move rooms because when I felt the discomfort at night when I was going to sleep around 11 pm, I thought it would be very inconvenient to move rooms considering the large amount of luggage. I should have been able to rest peacefully and soundly, but what I got was a sore body. even though a hotel like Neo by Aston should not have happened. There should have been a check first.
