The location near street market, there is carrefour express across the street so its very convenient. The room is good. Not to big or small. Overall its OK

Wow, I felt so happy and satisfied to do staycation here! It was very amazing. All the services are very good; The room's clean, the AC& cool bar works very well, the staffs are friendly, and the rooftop has great views both swimming pools & the garden. However, the only thing that this hotel needs to be improved is the breakfast. Overall, all food are variants but the taste are a little bit standard. So sorry 🙏 but I felt thankful, I got the affordable price include it 🥰 hihi. Two thumbs up for this hotel! Gonna come for another staycation 😎

Friendly staff, delicious food, okay room, but the problem with the room I got was the leaking AC. Because I brought a small child, the puddle of water was a bit worrying for those who brought a toddler. The dripping sound was also quite disturbing at night.

Leaky room, bathroom floor is crusty, bathroom faucet is also crusty, yellow toilet, non-smoking room only one, the room is horror, old building, the hotel is quite quiet. I was only in this room for 1 hour and immediately went out because it was leaking, offered to have the room repaired? What? Want to go up to the roof? After I asked again, I was offered a room change but I didn't want it because there were no more non-smoking rooms. There was no compensation at all 50% or min. 100k to pay for public transportation. I really regret having stayed here, I won't come here again, once is enough, I'll give up even though the hotel is in the middle of the city but low maintenance. not recommended!

The AC in the room is noisy and not cold, it is colder in the living room. The room leaks (not dripping) so the room is a bit wet. A bit worried because I brought a toddler. When I woke up, red itchy spots immediately appeared, red dots like insect bites, on the legs, back and often scratched, especially on the child's body.

The staff are very friendly, easy to access, delicious and varied breakfast, the atmosphere is not family friendly and not soundproof so you can hear the voices of the guests next to or outside.
But the most disappointing thing for me is because I got a smoking room-able 😑.
It should be possible to set the smoking/non-smoking room option on the platform. Because I can't stand being in a place that smells of cigarette smoke because it leaves a smell everywhere.
